Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wickets.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.Account Registration

You must register for an account using a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.Service Description

Wickets.ai is an AI-powered fantasy cricket analytics platform that provides predictions, team optimisation, player analysis, and transfer suggestions. The Service is an analytical tool only and does not facilitate, encourage, or constitute gambling or real-money gaming.

5.Passes

We offer the following pass types:

• Tournament passes: Provide unlimited access to AI features for all matches during the specified tournament. Access expires at the end of the tournament.
• Lifetime pass: A one-off purchase that provides permanent, unlimited access to AI features across all current and future tournaments. The lifetime pass does not expire.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cancellation period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel any pass for a full refund.

However, if you wish to access a pass immediately, you will be asked to give your express consent to begin supply and to acknowledge that doing so means you will lose your right to cancel. Once supply begins following your consent and acknowledgement, the right to cancel is waived.

If you do not give express consent and acknowledgement, supply will not begin until the 14-day cancellation period has ended, and you may cancel at any time during that period for a full refund.

6.Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Prices are displayed in INR or GBP as applicable. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the charges for your purchases.

Each user is entitled to one free trial only. Free trials are limited to one per person, account, and phone number. We reserve the right to charge the full price or revoke access if we determine that a user has previously redeemed a free trial.

When you start a free trial, you will be asked to provide a payment method and to give your express consent to be charged at the full price once the trial period ends. By providing this consent, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically when the trial expires. You may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

7.Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. To request a refund, contact us at support@wickets.ai. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

8.AI Predictions Disclaimer

AI-generated predictions are statistical estimates based on historical data and publicly available information. They are not guaranteed outcomes. The Service is an analytical tool only — any decisions you make based on these predictions, including on third-party fantasy platforms, are at your own risk.

We do not accept liability for any financial losses arising from reliance on AI-generated predictions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9.User Content

Any content you submit to the Service remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

10.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Create multiple accounts or share account access

11.Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, predictions, and materials on the Service are owned by Fantasy Football Hub Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view and use the Service. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14.Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

15.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time via your profile settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, except where prohibited by applicable law.

16.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, provided that nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in your local courts where required by applicable consumer protection law.

17.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
